Prepare for the paragraph. Even though I agree it’s definitely overpriced now and I’m thankful I bought it at a lower price, it’s only a high price now since it’s in the 2nd hand market now and it’s not Tonsen’s fault. It was worth it for the price I got it for which was like 70-79ish. Now it’s like 80+. Was it overhyped? I’d like to say no, but it kinda was. It improved and the articulation a lot, had more accurate faces to make it look like it’s ripped from the anime, and there was little Tonsen bits like magnets on the hands and back to hold the sheath, along with the wind effects and the multiple arms and Z sword. Also the balljoints and forearm swivel and improved ankle movement is a plus in my book. Though there were a bit of QC issues. All in all, I’d say he WAS worth it during the pre-order time back in June/July ish times where he was way cheaper. But for 80+ dollars for both Kid Buu and Trunks separately? I couldn’t recommend it if I tried… I predicted the aftermarket thing would happen, which I why I jumped the gun on the both for a cheaper price.

@@oldirtydave22 that’s why I said 80+. It goes for higher and it’s nowhere near a piece of shit as you make it out to be. Just ruined by the aftermarket with pricing. You can find anything for $10 less, just because you find it a little higher does that mean it automatically sucks. No, you get what you get it’s just not worth the price paid of 80+. It’s a quality figure for the right price. No reason to bash it.

That’s not what I’m getting at my friend. I like the figure a lot. What I was stating is that if a figure isn’t worth it anymore because it costs an extra $10 then it’s not worth it to begin with. $10 bucks shouldn’t be the end all be all now if your talking $30-$40 now that’s a difference.

@@oldirtydave22 no. That’s not the case at all. If you got a $70 game for $80 dollars, given circumstances, it’s still worth it. Even then, if it’s a quality game like TLOZ: TOTK/BOTW it can still be worth it to begin with and after. If your point was correct, nobody would buy into the aftermarket or people wouldn’t buy retro games. If you pick it up for a $10 price bump it’s still worth it, it’s just that picking it up for cheaper is more convenient.
