Possible recipe: Ghee, ice cubes, and salt are boiled in a steel drum until everything dissolves. Strain out solids. Add pecans and stir. Pour on a marble table that has been rubbed with dry ice. Let sit until water has evaporated, 2-3 days. Once done, cut into squares and cover with panko flakes.
