After a LONG time. FINALLY. I have an English cover of all my favorite intro songs❤❤❤❤ it’s from Vash’s POV in the story and from his mindset. It’s both pretty and somber. He’s lost a lot over the years. The ending is almost bittersweet. I know the translation is a little awkward, but your voice captures a part of Vash that’s still struggling behind the smile

English doesn’t flow well musically tbh. Especially when it’s from rhythmic translations from Japanese to English…That’s why I go for Spanish covers, vowel breakdown patterns are the same, flows the same rhythmicly, the stretch of words are better cuz they end with vowels, unlike English it’s sounds bad and weird. It doesn’t leant itself well to covering a Japanese song to English unless you change the attics completely thus losing the translation or rythem of the original song

I think it sounds "off" because its just how he sings, like his voice style if you understand what i mean. He sounds weird al ish but overall I think they did a good job!
