Just recently I have read in one book: "He flew out of that window there.' Ramshackle pointed to a window that opened onto a garden. 'He flew into the knot garden...' 'I don't care if it is a garden, or not a garden,' said Alice, quite missing the point." .... I also did miss the point. :) thanks for clarification
