Wonderful conversation Anna and Michael! I enjoyed it very much. I loved your mum's quote : A minute on the lips, a life time on the hips! 👌😂 If you ain't vigilant, taking on weight is way easier than losing it, right? ... I was wondering, has one of you ever hiked the GR 20? Nth-->Sth. I guess no otherwise you couldn't have not quoted it! ... Three times for my part in full autonomy and camping, and all the other possible hikes on the Island of beauty. I advise it to you if you ever get the chance. Regarding the pull ups, the guy you were talking about was probably Magnus Midtbø ... Speaking of climbing, have you heard of Alex Honnold and his free solo of El Capitan? Just unfathomable (!!!) and maybe the greatest human feat ever achieved ... Merci Anna and Michael, bisous guys 😘🌹💞

'Sedentary' is a more precise word than 'static' for the same thing. 'Sedentary' implies sitting, whereas 'static' implies standing or simply being in one place.
