My God Rob, i had a little feeling you might get a little offended or upset, but holy shit i didn't think you would get as defensive & upset as you did because of the BS he's spitting out. But i suppose it is it true, way to many people in the world are way to thined skin. Also i challenge you to show your subscribers on your channel if New Zealand were the ones who came up with pavlova or not. You sound like you are 1000% correct about who made the pavlova prove it Rob?. To add to that this desert has been a very long debate on who made the pavlova neither country can proof or show any evidence on who made the pavlova first. So since you made the claim on your channel that NZ are the ones who made pavlova first with absolute certainty prove it show everyone the evidence?.

@@RobReacts1 😂. I hate to be that person but that NZ pav myth was disproven. Matt Preston did a whole deep dive investigation about all these types of things, food and recipe origins, including the pav. It turns out the recipe that the original NZ pav is based on...was traced back to Australia, we did it first. But, apparently before that it *may* even have origins in Russia I think. I'm trying to remember what Matt said lol.

UK: better education system (more well rounded, less private schools, better state education for all, better childcare, nicer schools), more culture, more museums, more art galleries, nicer public parks, better transport (UK is covered with public transport unlike Australia), universally walkable (Australia is car dominated unlike the UK), free healthcare, more polite people. Better TV and media too. Australians are friendly but very difficult to make friends. An average Australian is a close minded bogan.

What happened at that beach with that riot only happened once and it's a source of great shame. Generally we're open, friendly people and everyone is welcome no matter where you're from. The riots he is referring to started at one of the southern beaches, The Cronulla Beach Riots 2005, A group of Lebanese young men came from the western suburbs by train to the beach where they started to yell obscenities to the young women in their bikinis, saying awful things to them. The girls complained to the Life guard who approached the men, asking them to leave. They all attacked the guard putting him in hospital. The males on the beach came to the guards rescue. And fighting ensued. The police were called to break it up. The crowd of Australian men got bigger and bigger when the news of the attack on a guard broke out.But the local lads were fuming and took their march onto the streets where anybody that look muslim or dark complexion were a target. It was a nightmare, people running for their lives. In one incident a lone polimen took on the crowd to protect a lebanese man, managing to get him to the police car.It was the straw that broke the camels back for Australians. The Muslims have never been welcome and constantly fuel up the Aussies. This continued for days. Thousand of Australian men furious at the unwarranted attack on a life guard. Also attacking our way of life here in our homeland. Australians will defend our homeland from intruders, it will never be tolerated. Thank heavens it has not happened again.

If the convicts behaved themselves and didn't get packed off to Van Diemens Land or Norfolk Island, they were definitely better off on Australia than in the UK. Most had served part of their sentences by the time they left the UK and with the time spent on the voyage to Botany Bay, and possible early release, they could expect to serve out their sentence in a short time after landing. Freed convicts were given grants of land to encourage them to be law abiding and useful. If they had stayed in the UK, they would never have been able to own land. Some ex-convicts became very wealthy as a result. The first generation of children born to the convicts surprised everyone by growing up stronger and taller than their parents due to a better diet and physical outdoor lifestyle.

Maybe they had a problem in the cellar or something. This warm beer thing is an absolute myth in this day and age. It's a throwback to at least the 50s when only cask ales were served in pubs and they didn't have the cellar refrigeration equipment they have now. Even then, the cellar was usually cooled. Every UK bar, pub, club, etc., serves only icy cold beer. Anyone who says otherwise has no idea what they're talking about. How do I know this? I spent 22 years in the pub industry in the UK.

Years in chains, being starved and whipped, absolute misery. Australian weather is a bit of an extreme polarity at times, but on the whole it’s warmer in winter than Britain but hot in summer. Point 3, I loved the Queen, and the teeth comment was out of line, try my chalky teeth! The Cronulla riot was really about Muslim males praying on Aussie girls. Our beaches are beautiful, enough said. He needs to broaden his horizon a bit, Britain is multi cultural and has a diverse cuisine. And yes, I love a Victoria sponge and red velvet cake. Brexit does not concern Aussies, all news and media outlets have no social concerns they just want to sell papers. Australia also had TV licences, now obsolete, he should do his homework. We all pay for TV these days and the BBC puts out some brilliant programs. This guy needs a reality check.

@@RobReacts1 so what? no need to act all butt hurt like you have been. We call a spade a spade and we can see you took this personally when you didn't need to. Still respect you for what you do man ... just sucks you have to respond to a comedians video with some proper digs. You're better than that.

Understand Isaac is a stirrer Rob. Sensationalises the points to get views. Exaggerates a lot of things. I’m not a fan mainly because of consistent bad language. It’s overdone (again to highlight points) but not great to listen to. Whether it’s the weather, teeth, beaches, beer,he’ll hit on it just to provoke anyone from England. As you found out, our weather can be foul and in summer there’s only about 2 weeks over 35C in the south. Last year there was hardly any. This is pinch of salt stuff Rob. Better clips around.

Most poms I’ve known that come here to live say they love Australia’s climate and I’ve heard them comment on England and don’t wish to return , and as the sun bit on your backs trying to destroy you’s then how come the pommie tourists are all seen on popular beaches like Bondi and the Gold Coast, surfers paradise …ect cooking there brains in sub tropical sun “WHY” because it’s not home and they love it. Oh rob can you explain to us as to pavlova being kiwi because we’d all like to finally clear it up and we can have any dessert’s in the world we want with some of our beautiful home grown fruits with it and not to mention we are known for our magnificent local fresh seafood which you did not entertain while on holidays here but insisted on eating lollies and ice creams every day, but who knows maybe next time.😊

I am more entertained by your reaction and the faces you're making in response to Isaac than the actual list. You have to know that Isaac is a comedian that takes the p1ss out of things.

Convicts...yep...my ancestors were sent over in 1828...for stealing a sheep....or should I say stealing a number of them......well, they liked lamb! I lived in the UK for about 5 years, from around 1974 to 1979...or there abouts....had a great time...but the beer was warm...sorry Rob, it was.... Lager was cold though....I do remember a small brewery called Abbots...not sure if it is still going? Also Inde Coope? Watneys...I remember that tasted like dishwater.... Yep the beer was warm....must have changed over the years. Hope to pop over later next year, will have to try it again.

Same. If I didn't live in Tassie, it'd be NZ or Scotland. (I've lived and worked all around mainland Aus). The more I see of the rest of the world I realise Tassie is a pretty special lil island 💚
