Могу сказать точно что время не лечит,но человек ко всему привыкает и приспосабливается .Ну а любовь бывает только один раз,а всё остальное это влюбленность и уважение к своему партнёру (но иногда уважение это даже лучше любви)

Oh sweetie, you need to take a step back from any relationship and work on loving yourself first so you can overcome your insecurities and start making emotionally healthy relationship choices. Complete self love needs to be your new foundation, but you have to rebuild your self esteem by doing things that 1- you enjoy doing, 2- make you feel validated, and 3- makes you feel accomplished, all while practicing daily self care ~ this process takes time, my dear. Ex ~ I fostered sick kittens after trauma treatment and that really helped me start to see the good things about myself, after a lifetime of programmed self hate by a narcissistic mom that projected all of her jealousies and insecurities onto her sensitive natured daughter.

I think it's better them to parted ways for the meantime talk a breakup properly and end their relationship in a good way, you can do it chenlv, your strong already this is not a firstime happened, anyway in the end of the day you're the one who will make a decision, no matter what it is I'll support chenlv wishing him have a peaceful mind, happiness and good health, stressing yourself is not good your mental health, and dont listened to those who thrown a bad comments, fighting! @@JenVlog Ah, it would make sense Chen wanting to break his contract for some mental and emotional health issues. No one would want to “perform” in front of the people that matter to us most when our mental health isn’t stable. Being a social influencer alone takes its toll on your mental and emotional wellbeing, then factor in a toxic relationship that just drains the very life out of you, and what was once a platform that validated you suddenly turns into a platform where your bare naked insecurities are on full display making you feel like you’re stuck in the middle of a lake of ice that’s cracking from the outside in. Bless his little heart. 💝 I can completely empathize. I’m in my 40’s and have been institutionalized 3 times in my life until finally seeking treatment for complex trauma so talking about feelings and my embarrassing mental health issues are like telling people what I ate for breakfast but Chen is so young. He’s probably feeling so scared right now. I wish I could give him a big hug and tell him “no shame. 🫵 You own these feelings. If you shine a light on them and respect them as valid feelings and emotions, they can’t control you while you work through them.”
