Title literally means: This time I'll be a devoted husband.
Sena Jun: Sakura Kitami
Shingo Katsurayama: famous photographer Shunsuke Kitami
Miyu Irino: assistant Makoto (main role)/ masseur
Kunio Murai: Sakura's father Bun Hara
Kaori Nazuka: aspiring actress Ranko
This play is based on a movie by the same name.
It's about a photographer, Shunsuke, who lost his passion for photography as he struggles with regret and guilt regarding his infidelity towards his wife, Sakura. Throughout the play, scenes from the past are mixed with scenes from the present and only in the end, the audience learns, what is past, present or actually hallucination.
Miyu plays two roles, his main role Makoto, the assistant of Kitami Shunsuke, and in a brief scene as a former-host-turned masseur, that Sakura hired to make her husband jealous.
Makoto admired Kitami Shunsuke and wanted to become a photographer himself. He tries to get Shunsuke back on his feet, together with Bun-san, the queer father of Sakura.
SPOILER! Near in the end of the play it was revealed that Sakura died in an car accident, and the scenes with her were partly hallucinations of Shunsuke, who is ridden by guilt as he didn't appreciate her when she was alive, and partly events that happened in the past when she was alive.
I only own the sub.
