Great job Benjamin, I am a spanish speaker and for some reason I find easier to understand british accent than american, I think it might be the fact you put more emphasis pronouncing consonants as we do. Greetings from Canada.

Heaven forbid I ever have such an "attentive" co-talker. :) To see it from the side is funny, although. This lesson is good not only because of being funny, but also because of the strong structure. Benjamin found out 4 situations which can happen during the conversation on phone, and gave the decisions for each one. For me, it's really convinient to learn in this way. Thank you, Benjamin, still fond of your smile.

Hello, it's the first lesson of yours I listen to and I enjoyed it. It seems to me you're a very good teacher. I have some questions to ask you. Is it also correct to say "what have you said?" instead of "what did you say"? And "could you speak more slowly?" instead of "could you speak slower"? And if not, why?
