When you read English you would be able to write. When you listen to English conversations you would be able to speak. Read the comments made by educated native English people on U tube and compare them with what you learn here.. Your brain would absorb English.

How many hours of the day should I study english to improve my skills in an efficient way? How long have you been studying english? (Is that correct too?)

Yes - the first two sentences are correct and have the same meaning. The last two sentences are mostly grammatically correct also - however, in the third sentence, the word "should" needs to come before the word "I" instead of after it.
