Greetings, Gil, from California! In the past I mentioned "just now", which I would've thought was a candidate for a list such as this. I have spoken of once having been married into a wonderful, large British family. This is where I learnt the term, just now. It has long amused me that this term is SO useful, referring to the past, present and future. All discernable by context. Or -- does "just now" merit a lesson of its' own?
@hana_jp2 жыл бұрын

Thank you Gill, That was a very important lesson and you presented in a very nice manner, really I should appreciate you for that. Just a quick question: Do we need "is" after the word "say" in question 3?
@engvidGill2 жыл бұрын
Hi - I think you're referring to question 3 in the quiz? "If something is exactly what you need, you can say [is] that it's just ...". You're right, the "is" isn't needed - thank you, I've corrected it :-)
@amingheisari10642 жыл бұрын
@@engvidGill Hi lovely Gill, Many thanks for your completely professional reply. Yes, that's it, the third question of the quiz 🙂 I should say that typing mistakes with keyboards usually happen to everyone, and I can almost say that it is normal. I just wanted to know whether there is any other grammar rules that I'm not aware of or not. Any way, you made me so happy with your reply, really I walk on cloud nine! Have a great weekend benevolent and wise Gill. Yours sincerely, Amin
