Wonderful video full of so much helpful information. I get tired of tennis players coming in and wanting to rip the ball 90mph so the reset is CRUCIAL.

Nice video. A request: Can you do an enhanced version where you talk about both you and your partners' net/court positioning when you have a bad/high drop shot or missed reset/dink? Should your partner be crashing to middle? Should you both crash back middle? Should you stay put and your partner squeeze the middle? Where should your paddle position be for both the player who hit the missed shot and their partner? I don't see any videos that really discuss or cover this type of return positioning info on youtube. Thanks.

Solid roadmap and advice. I like how you added the drills to implement the teachings.

One your better videos. Thought the racket position change for the transition zone was an interesting thought that I don’t do gonna have to try it.

These are the "same" drills we practiced on grass while waiting for public tennis courts in the earlie 70s...lol...this clip covers all the basics a 3.0 tennis player keeps warmed up weekly....now the wait is for the " small" courts...

I have a question, how do you reset when the ball is coming straight to your face? I use an eastern grip and when a ball is with top spin and is coming fast to my face, my grip makes it hard to bring my paddle to my face. What do you reccomend?

At the 7:32 mark you show the Dink Master on wheels. Brilliant idea! That portability is a game changer! Where can we buy one like that?

Great vid. I saw had a project 003 at some point in this vid. What lead tape setup do you like on it?
@EnhancePickleball Жыл бұрын
4 corner setup is my favorite for the 003 and most paddles

When you do a loose grip block-reset shot (with no swing) on a shot that had some speed / power on it, do you ever feel the paddle moves too much under the power of the shot you're trying to block resulting in the ball dying and / or going off in the wrong direction? Maybe it's not as much of an issue for you with the paddle in the vid that had a good bit of added lead tape.

Use your other hand to stabilize the paddle when you're gripping loosely for the hard shot

You’re getting slow balls. I would like to see you resetting realistically HARD hit shots.
