So they were vampires turned humans (to save them). Now they could enjoy the sun (vampires couldn't), they are now happy to be able to feel pain (vampires couldn't feel pain), they could now enjoy the speed of the car (after losing teleportation powers), and they can now enjoy food (they didn't have the need to when they were vampires), someone who had the power of Fire can now swim and enjoy the water....they have a whole backstory for this, would 100/100 for you to revisit to fully enjoy this :)

They are mortal on the first scene but the girl kinda fool them that she is the real sooha (their friend) but in the end she made sunoo again a vampire.

So to explain briefly: in this trailer the boys are all human again, and thus are excited about being outside (in the sun) and just being mortal (like when Jay scrapes his arm and smiles). Orange Blood is an album that will focus on the "human experience" instead of the vampire lore; so we're expecting a more upbeat, light, and pop sound in comparison to the previous Dark Moon cb! Anyways, Selene is the girl with the lip ring pretending to be Sooha (the girl from the Dark Moon trailer that Sunghoon was protecting and in love with). Selene tricks Sunghoon to bring the boys to the black sea (in one of the ending shots there is a letter written in German, which when translated explains this) which is why he is the only one not wet in that opening scene. Long story short, she turns Sunoo into a vampire again, and you can see Sunghoon standing alone watching the fire, knowing he was the catalyst for what happened to Sunoo.

Thanks for reacting. I think you got the gist: the calm before the storm. They were rescued from being vampires for a little while and hoped to be happy as humans. But they paid the price by being vulnerable to attack and not able to defend themselve. Yes! Sunoo is known for his long lashes and pretty eyes so the director had to use that. Plus he did a great acting job. They all did. I’m with you let’s just make a film. But the music is quite good too. Chill but has a melancholy flavor.

it’s a whole story behind they are vampires and that girl it’s their friend… that in other life the boys’s fate are to protect her because she was a powerful princess that gave them the powers and they were transform in vampires to protect her. this is the summary of the summary hahaha. A lot of things happened to get to this point in the story in the trailer. But a way to know better what’s happening is through their webtoon - Dark Moon: the blood altar 💜

you don't have to love or understand the lore to love the music. By the concept trailer and what the boys are saying much of the album may touch on the lighter side of how they feel to be human and love knowing that nothing lasts forever. I think there will also be at least one dark song/ side because the darkness is never far away.

Not sure if it’s said before but the concept trailers and songs are paired with the webtoons as part of an overarching concept storyline. They are free to read if you choose but the trailers are meant to be interpretive and intentionally vague.

they have a whole storyline and its really good! we engenes are still making theories based on the concept trailer and the webtoon but basically they're all vampires and the girl is the one who gave them their powers. the boys used to serve the girl (she was a princess in her past life) as knights but they were reincarnated where they met each other bcs there was some kinda unfinished business going on btw them (im not really sure bcs there's so many theories) there's a lot more going on but i recommend it if you wanna get into the story anyways thanks for the reaction!!!
