About payments, I paid for 2 passports then at third passport it made transaction of 10.5 usd but for next 107 usd it says "payment failed" and does not proceed. So I called technical support, they told that visa/master card will work after 24hrs if 3 payments already made. And we can use other card for payment if immediate is required.

Salam Bro, After completing the application and pay the fees. What documents beside the passports you send to the saudi mission in LA? Do you need to fill the pdf file again, sending photos? 2- Did you take the documents by your self or send them by mail or travel agency?

Sir, I am confused about the name to be fill up by the applicants, there's more name to the father side, I am afraid maybe it would not coincide with the name of my parents passport because in philippines they provided a first name then middle initial from the mothers last name and the last name from the father, maybe they will question the passport of my parents in the saudi embassy philippines?

Morsi Jamil Akhi, The main thing is that the first and last name on the application, because after you complete the application, you get the visa printed on your passport anyway. You go and take your passport (along with a photo) to your embassy and you'll get your visa printed on your actual passport.

If my travel plans hold out, I will be applying for a Saudi transit visa. Was your visa issued the same day you took the documents to the embassy, or did you have to return later for it? Maybe this varies by consulate too. I would be applying for a transit visa, which I know is somewhat of an unknown. I would be using the embassy in New York. I have 3 - 4 hours travel time there from home, so if I could just take a day and get it done, I would do that. I am also curious about any experiences by US passport holders in getting a Saudi transit visa. Depending on which flights I take, I would have a 19 - 40 hour layover in either Riyadh or Jeddah.

If you can go to the Embassy and file your passport in person, even pay 200$ for a flight or rental car to do so. The video was helpful but the process that KSA has is more complicated than this. The are document requirements that are not posted on the embassy website. The last time I went and this time I'm going inshaAllah.. I'm up to my third FedEx package to the embassy. You receive your passport back with only a hint if anything that you need to change or additionally submit for your visa to be processed. The easiest part is the Injaz and the relative getting the visa in Riyadh. The hard part at least through the Houston office is successfully getting it accepted and processed. And there are no phone numbers to call or people to talk to.

Akhi, if all the information is entered correctly, you shouldn't need to fill out that part of it. Perhaps try using a different internet browser? Let me know what happens.

Akhi, once you submit it, you can no longer amend it. If you paid and got the receipt information, check with your embassy. InshaAllah they will accept it/and or they might fix it for you at the embassy. Sorry I couldn't help you more directly. May Allah make it easy for you.

Wa Alaikum Asalam Wa RahmatuAllah :)...If you've filled out the application and it went through, then you should print out the receipt of payment, and take your Passport, along with a passport photo, and go to your Saudi Arabian Embassy. They will print the visa onto your passport. :) and you should be good to go. inshaAllah I don't know anything about medical insurance, I didn't have to pay anything regarding that. TAMERE TONPERE you will need to provide a hard copy of a "passport approved" photo, as well as receipt of payment with receipt number (just in case), as well as your passport. To be honest, I'm not too familiar with how long you have to till your application expires, but I wouldn't think it would be less than the approved visa time. (What I mean by passport approved is a photo that fits the dimensions and requirements of your country's passport photo guidelines. Which can be found easily online) Sorry if I couldn't answer your question to your liking. :/

Akhi, once you finish the application and pay, it gives you a receipt, where it lists your "Application Number" "Transaction Number", etc. In the video I recommended that you take a screenshot of the receipt for future reference. Hope this helps Akhi :) Fee Aman Allah

In the video I mention that you have to go to your card's settings and put a travel notice so that it can allow a transaction to go through from Saudi Arabia, OR you just call your card company and tell them to authorize any charges coming from Saudi Arabia. InshaAllah this helps.

Some passports have it, some do not. I'm not familiar with a Pakistani passport, only an American one. For the American passport, there is no ID number, so you just leave it blank. If you don't know what the ID number is, chances are you can just leave that portion blank, inshaAllah. Hope this helps.

No Akhi, using the Enjaz website is only for getting the Visa printed onto your Passport. You can apply to do Umrah either with a group of people, or if you have family in Saudi Arabia who are citizens of the country, you can ask them to send you a family visitation request, once that goes through, fill out the Enjaaz application, and when you get there you can do Umrah on your own. inshaAllah this helps, if you have any questions. Wa Alaikum Asalam wa RahmatuAllah, once you fill out the application, and it goes through the system (ie your payment went through), then print out the receipt screen and take: 1) Receipt Document 2) Your Passport 3) Passport photo to the Saudi Embassy that is referenced on the application, and they will print your visa onto your passport inshaAllah..if you have anymore questions, let me know. :)

I applied ISSUANCE OF BUSINESSMEN VISAS, and I go throught all this process an get application number, but when I call the embassay they say, you have to have letter of invitation from the Saudi sponsor. If you remember in the video, I say that you need someone who is a citizen to sponsor your to be able to come to Saudi Arabia. For Family visit, you need a family member who is a citizen of Saudi to sponsor you coming, and likewise for a business visa, you need an employer to sponsor your coming over to Saudi. In the specific case of Businessmen visas, do you fall under this category? "1) Proprietors of companies and corporations. 2) Chairmen, members of Boards of Directors, their representatives and managers of those companies/corporations." If you do, you need "4. An introduction letter from the British company addressed to the Embassy should be submitted. The letter must be stamped by the chamber of Commerce." Hope this helps, inshaAllah.

In the second page, there is a section "Please Fill Following Fields". In that section, there are "Expected Entry Date" field, and three other confusing fields: "City", "P.O. Box", and "Zip Code".
