My dream truck as used vehicle. I still want to own this truck someday. Many of Filipino truck drivers & mechanics are experiencing some engine problems, but most of them are not yet fully known about its 6R10 engine system since most of them are still mastering of repairing 6M70 engines from Fuso.

due to X-Pulse commonrail injector with four pins (PWM, VCC, GND & REM) its solenoid very sensitive to fuel leaks. DOHC valvetrain has jake brakes on exhaust cam, also oil filter & coolant pump is integrated so to check oil cooler leaks must remove them at once. EGR valve is integrated to exhaust manifold, when stuck may difficult to remove it. lot of parameter will scanned when using EcuTek OBD scanner, including dpf temperature & AdBlue pressure. most annoying problem of 6R10 in japan: oil mixed in coolant, leaking EGR cooler, fuel in coolant because leaking injector cups, coolant temperature & intake temperature sensor fails, egr valve motor overheat also bluetec ACM unable to sensing adblue, dpf& idle start-stop function unavailable. usage of aluminium compound in some parts also making this engine weak against tropical climate
