Unotoki - Tokyo
Unotoki is a Japanese restaurant supervised by Shin Nogizaka, a Michelin starred chef for 8 consecutive years.
Unotoki is open at night as “Nogizaka Shin” and at lunch as “Unagi no Toki”.
The eel kaiseki course uses a lot of Amakusa indigo eel, which is grown in mineral-rich seawater instead of the freshwater eel usually grown in freshwater.
The final meal is a choice of three types of eel dishes: eel-jyu, kabayaki (broiled eel), and shiro-mushi (steamed white eel).
The course includes a variety of dishes prepared with eel.
