Following on from your shafted vid , this demonstrates what we really need to appreciate. It can seem difficult to do that at times with all the pressures we have but it’s still achievable. I got up at 4 am this morning to watch the foxes and hedgehog on my wildlife camera. It seems silly but it brings me joy to watch them larking around and finishing off the bread I put out for the birds the day before. As corny as it sounds the best things in life are free. Blue skies, orange or pink sunsets, the beauty and stillness of the dawn, birdsong and of course foxes.🦊 keep breathing it in Gareth. 👍

What a beautiful way to spend your mornings watching the sunrise with only the sound of birdsong, with a cuppa in hand. The sun has made an appearance already here today. I'm surrounded by tall trees in the nearby woodland. I love to hear the birds & watch them. If I'm lucky, I can see squirrels running & jumping across the trees. Being amongst nature is good for the soul & helps to clear the mind. Enjoy whatever your plans are Gareth. Take good care 🙏👍

To allow yourself time is very important , I mean real time to enjoy YOU time. I always used to wake up get ready then jump in the car drive 50 miles to work then do a whole shift. Now I get up 15 mins earlier have a matcha green tea and allow myself some me time. ITS VERY THERAPEUTIC. Stay strong

As ive got older (only 26 btw lol) its made me appreciatte the more simpler stuff in life, appreciatting every weekend off with my family and girlfriend, being a petrolhead i always like washing my car dead early in the morning, 6-7am never seem to do it any other time. I live with a dual carriage way in the distance and the distant tyre roar from cars is so much quieter esrly in thr morning, i love the winter and the frost damp mornings too, it has a certain vibe to it. The birds still annoy me though haha its just so peaceful and lovely at the crack of dawn

Since I retired I’m always up between 4&5 o’clock in the morning, not really by choice as my work meant I was up early. Lovely in the summer when it gets light from 4 but not so good in the winter when it stays dark a lot later. I agree that up before every one, to sit with a hot drink and just look out the window and watch the birds and squirrels, great.

Yes i love that time of morning, especially this time of year when I get to the river bank which i will be tomorrow, and watch daylight break there with the mist coming off the river and sudden flash of beautiful colours of a king fisher flashing by looking for an early morning fish breakfast 👍

'Guten Morgen' Gareth. This would be the earliest I've seen you since being on the tube. Any earlier you'd still be in bed. You can't beat that first morning brew. It awakens the senses and gets the brain in gear. I've found the best tea I've ever had, Zoetic Breakfast Tea. It's organic and has a wonderful flavour and aroma. This is exactly what we all need to do as humans. To take a moment each and every day to take a try and connect with nature and feel that inner peace. 👌🏼 We are all so wrapped up with the order of things in the material world and everyday life, that we humans forget to connect with Mother Nature and spiritually. Went I was younger this comment would have made me roll my eyes and laugh 🙄😂 but as we age our outlook totally changes. I love nature. I walk everyday, whatever the weather for miles and miles.
