Beautiful home. Not quite sure of the $12 mill ask for what you get but it is well appointed. A bit odd there is no hot tub or pool for this price bracket. The cellar is fantastic and great to see it not exposed to light like so many new builds which often have clear glass walls. Any wine collector knows how destructive light (and temp) can be to fine wine.

I really liked the style of your presentation. So easygoing. Only telling about the facts with a bit of fun here and there. It put up such an relaxed atmosphere. The exterior of the house, the windows and the ceiling i loved. Also the beams i really liked. The colour of the lake was so crystalclear 😲 so turquoise. It looks like a beach somewhere on the riviera. 12 Million is bit of a budget you need to spend, mildly said. Coming from the view, the size of the home and that it's build on a hill, but it is something that can be expected if you search for something like this.

Ok, that 5th bedroom looked like there's a driveway right outside and still no window coverings?!? And any of the five bedrooms...what if you want to sleep in ad don't want the morning sunlight?? Window coverings would be better. Home theater was dull, plain and white. Otherwise, very nice home.👌
