Thanks for your nice videos, Suppose I bought a mortgage using a loan in order to rent it, are there any additional taxes I've to pay regularly (yearly or monthly)?

Sorry, your question is a little convoluted, nevertheless I’ll try my best🙏 If you have a mortgage, first you need to check with the lender if you can rent the property, in some cases some lenders may not lend. You will be paying taxes on the full amount you receive yearly, without being able to set off any expenses, including your mortgage repayment. If you then decide to set up a company the taxation regime will be different
