The location is extremely prime and despite some negative comments, if people knew the location they would understand the reasons beyond maximising every inch. That area is a perfect working area, ceilings are extremely high 🙏 I agree about a jacuzzi on the roof ❤️

Ground floor is totally independent with a small bakery, no charges are shared, the building is totally indipendenti

Sorry, your question is a little convoluted, nevertheless I’ll try my best🙏 If you have a mortgage, first you need to check with the lender if you can rent the property, in some cases some lenders may not lend. You will be paying taxes on the full amount you receive yearly, without being able to set off any expenses, including your mortgage repayment. If you then decide to set up a company the taxation regime will be different
