I have been going thru the worst emotional pain, dealing with a bad divorce and child custody case. It is not recommended for anyone. No words, of any kind can help an individual get thru this. Especially when you are alienated from your young child. Only time works.

Every circumstances, every hardship, every struggles that knock me down brings a smile to my face. The feeling of standing up, overcoming the gravity of your pain and obstacles pushes and conditions a man to surpass his limit. I understand, I truly do, that feeling of getting knocked down from a punch then standing back up again, getting excited at how I'm going conquer this, how I'm going to destroy this, the thing that is stopping me from winning. I know it all too well. Being is a man is a curse but also a blessing. Troubles and hard times will come, they are inevitable. But at the same time, the feeling of overcoming them, conquering them and KILLING YOUR COMPETITION brings me far more joy and freedom from any pleasures I ever had in my life. Therefore, I thank you. Mr. Forged, for playing a role in helping me shape my masculinity and resilience over these years. I have been listening to you ever since your FORGED IN HARDSHIP days and my life just keeps getting better. We men are like fine wine 🍷,age just only makes up better 💪🏻

This is probably, the best description of sisu, but I'm not sure as I don't speak Icelandic. I kind of feel like that when I eat chillies, especially if I drink kava before. I need to try and get into that mindset again, but my digestion has been bad recently. Reishi mushrooms have been helpful for my sensorimotor OCD, but still suffering from depression and anxiety.

Through struggles and pain we create our values and ethics, we set the frame of our world and how we view opportunity within the hell we choose as our path. At the end its us who define and drive value from the suffering and pain. Another masterpiece couldn't agree more.

For me, I see no point in trying to keep up some sort of machismo or maintain a ton of ambition. I do what I can as well as it can be done and that's enough. I might not aim to be the person to stop global warming, change our society for the better by disposing of prejudices or to revolutionize the economy by having us finally let go of capitalism's inane desire for endless growth, but I will do something to contribute to the society I live in. Maybe if I'm lucky, I'll manage to keep myself in shape and find someone to spend my life with while also not having to live in dire straits. I think that's enough, at least. Pain taught me to not give up, but I also won't put up with pain just because maybe by falling hard enough, I can push myself to new heights. Excellence is not rewarded enough in this modern society to be worth it, I believe. No comment on those who fast or have committed to nofap. If that makes you feel better, good.

It is a great resource which gives detailed insight into gaining mental strength, emotional self control, becoming calm and centred, dealing with stress, overcoming hardship and difficulty. Also how to lead yourself and shape your own destiny. With these skills the world will open up before you. It is the blueprint to becoming Mr Cool Calm and Collected. You will become the man who can keep his head in a crisis. This focuses on mental mindset. It is the conquest and control of the mind. It is not easy and expect to put in some hard work to achieve this mental state. Nothing in life worth having ever came easy. Are you up to the challenge? If you are.......
