Because of you, I went to the fair today by myself, got myself a lemonade,walked around looking at the animal exhibits all by myself . I am single and I’m pushing myself to do things on my own. It felt a bit sad seeing all those couples and families together but I pushed myself out of my comfort zone . Thank you for normalizing celebrating yourself. ♥️

i don’t know who you are, but i truly hope you had a good time spending time by yourself. pushing yourself to do new things, especially doing things on your own is always something nerve racking, but it’s always great to broaden our comfort zones. i really like the idea of going to the fair by yourself, which is something i will be trying out too!! thank you for the idea, and i hope you can continue to feel comfortable doing things on your own!

I love these videos, I’m a new follower by the way, and it makes me extremely happy that you’re teaching your followers how to be in their own company. I’ve done this throughout my whole life because I’m an introvert and being around too many people makes me have a migraine lol I’d sit at a coffee shop after class and read and eat my food and people thought I was weird but I never cared. That’s the thing, NEVER care what others may think just do YOU!

I can't wait for the reading my subscribers favorite books! I really want you to read Before We Were Strangers by Renee Carlino. Also I don't know if you do this or have talked about it, but I suggest you get a library card or go to your local library if it's accessible to you. I work at a library and I am a huge proponent of them. A lot of them are just very relaxing spaces to browse around too and you spend less money and can read more/get online access to books. The one I work at also takes purchase requests. I know some people like owning a lot of books or sell books they don't love back too. What I do is read what I want via library and if it becomes a fav then I will get it for my shelf. Just an idea so you can read even more 😁

I recommend reading Twenty Years Later by Charlie Donlea and When She Returned by Lucinda Berry. 20 years later is not a romance but it is a really good book! When She Returned has a little bit of romance. Both are really good books. I would recommend Colleen Hoover because she has my favorite romance novels but I know you already read them all lol BTW Sprouts has Emma Chamberlain's coffee! Give us a review of it if you try it out.

Im trying to take care of myself by overhauling how I take care of my brain - because I totally let that crash while working a corporate job. I was listening to a podcast that said, “it’s important to live life by design rather than emotion. Basically, sticking to a routine is what allows us to be the healthiest version of ourselves. I approach studying, working out and taking care of my brain (journaling) by practising mediocre consistency. Now I try to put in consistent 50-60% effort into my studying, exercise and journaling habit - to make sure I do it I began recording it and posting it on YT. Its always a reminder to keep it up when I see others prioritizing themselves as well
