I never experienced this business over there as I used to be working for a company driving a box truck. But I believe it’s possible, just gotta do some research 💪 I initially moved here for my girl but I saw the potential right way in NJ/NY

Hey brother! You can pay them a fair wage that you guys agree on, split it 60/40 or pay them hourly. However you see fit as long as you both agree. You never really wanna underpay them.

Yes sir! 1 in the connect, 2 in the econoline and like 4 in the transit 250. Best for pallet work is the transit 250 because of the high roof.

I actually don’t remember the name of that dealership. It was local here in jersey. I found it using an app called Autolist. I just set it to find vans below $5k at a 50 mile radius.

I saw the 10 second quick clip that says get an llc, ein, insurance But after that? I'm completely new. Where do I go to get calls? Or is it like advertising on Google or something? It’s multiple things you can do with a cargo van. The main three things being work from apps, find dedicated contracts in your city, or go over the road (taking loads that will go to other states) you first gotta do your research and see which route you wanna go for. Working from apps can be done as part time since you only work when you turn on the apps. Check out my videos & the journey! I have local contracts here in NJ.

The transit is pretty 250 good. I imagine the one with the ecoboost engine is even better. The worse out of the ones I have is the red e350. It’s an old v8. Newer vans have smaller engines maximizing fuel efficiency

Stay the hell away from Crafter. It will hit you like a boomerang with engine and censor problems. Just saying. I own Sprintcargo in Denmark Europe. We do 300.000km a year with 2 vans. We only have trust in Mercedes Benz Sprinter 316cdi. They are a bigger investment, but trust me, they will do the job sommer and winter. If you want to buy sprinters, look for the 2017-2020 (before corona). Keep up the good work. Peace
