Cinematography is very cool on this one. The vicious cycle of drug addition on display. The balloons representing those that we have lost through addiction, Enkay feeling lost and hopeless in it. Desperately looking for away to escape the pain and sorrow (searching for Euphoria) and it leads him through the same path as many have found themselves in, addiction. Enkay will become the very thing he's trying to escape. Another tragic death, another balloon at a funeral. Atleast that's how interpreted it.

I lost my entire family to drugs and do not want to be another statistic! My kids deserve their mother clean and alive! I'm all they have left. So good to hear about your clean time!

Congratulations to you both!! That's incredible! I too have struggled with addiction. My poison was heroin, then I added in coke/crack. It took losing everything and everyone that I had to wake up and say enough was enough. My 2 kids were taken when I was trying to clean myself up. I went into an outpatient Suboxone treatment program which is another type of addiction in itself, you get sick when you stop taking it. I've been clean for almost 8 years now. (I'm 31). I'm so proud of you both! People look down on those with addiction and when they get clean, we get doubted. But we know❤ your journey only stays bright and gets brighter from here.

I feel this one to my core. I have struggled with addiction since 2009. I sought help years ago but even with detox, counseling, mmt, programs, etc ive still relapsed plenty of times. Being a single mom of 2 beautiful children really helps keep me clean now. I fear for my kids all the time. My parents were both sddicts and both passed away from this epidemic. Man this hits a personal nerve. After I broke my spine and had rods put in and then couldn't do what I used to I got crazy depressed. So started taking pain meds to be able to live and work like I did before all the surgeries then after was so full of self hate and emptiness I started using Coke to feel alive and drinking to keep it in check. I finally got away from it all after taking a fentanyl laced pain killer not knowing that's what it was, it killed me. Was finally brought back by an officer while the emt was putting me in a bag. I'm very lucky and fortunate I made it unlike so many other people. I'll never go back to that life style. Dying once is enough for me.

I grew up with addiction in my family. My parents were alcoholics and popped pills, as well as sold their pills. (My mom died in 2015 from alcoholism) It wasn't too obvious until i hit my teen years and the abuse got worse. I started drinking and partying at 16 myself. Started using heroin just before i hit 17. As well as X mixed with coke. (Was euphoria like crazy). Did mescaline as well as pills called IR30s. Left that boyfriend a year later and just drank at parties on weekends. Didn't get sick either. Then at 20 I started doing heroin again. From then on i was addicted hard. Coke was brought in after i left my state and home after losing my home and wanting to escape where the drugs were easy for me to Access. Didn't stop me from buying 3 bundles on my drive away from PA. Did Suboxone I bought to curb the sickness. Then messed up and did more. It took a girl trying to kill me with fake shiz to get my act together. Been clean for 7-8 years now. This song hits the soul deeply. The cinematics are perfection.
