What's the name of the instrument that starts at 1:34 and sounds like water bubbling?

Most likely a "Yatga" or a variation of it. For anyone who may still wonder.

Do you mean the Celtic harp or the tabla?

There are four instruments used in this song: Morin khuur (Mongolian horse fiddle) - played by Enkhjargal Dandarvaanchig, AKA Epi or Enkh Jargal; also singing vocals Clàrsach (Celtic wire harp) - played by Rüdiger Oppermann; this song appears on his 1999 album "Fragile Balance" Tabla (Indian twin hand drums) - played by Jatinder Thakur Synthesizer keyboards in the background - played by Rainier Granzin Oppermann and Thakur both enter at kzbin.info/www/bejne/b3bUhWB3hdeonrc with an instrumental bridge, although Oppermann's harp riff is playing right from the beginning and all through the entire track as well.
