I believe ME's were a kind of CD/Computer of all advanced knowledge (they way they could be given to others to read and implement) more than just rules and laws. If alien visitors from another planet had the ability to visit this planet and modify life forms using very small pieces of their obviously overwhelming vast resource of knowledge and apparent technology, how could it be far beyond their time? That question makes absolutely no sense. They were an advanced civilization from another world that created a physical being able to hold a spiritual soul. They knew exactly how much to awaken the mind to be self aware so it accomplish complex tasks through understanding and communication and had to be more durable than their own as we were to do the jobs they were rebelling to not do. That meant we had to be more powerful to be able to handle that which they could not. Making a 100% being like them was too weak since they complained about the work, making a being like they found here was too weak mentally to understand the direction to mine ore so a new much higher form had to be created otherwise they would have communicated with the existing primates and other animals to do the work but they were not advanced enough to communicate with beings that had an awareness level below their own. We had to be peaceful enough to follow direction and to allow our more powerful selves to be slaves to these creators. All of this still seems way more advanced for our current time as nobody on Earth today can accomplish this as well as know the intricacies of construction for their engines and craft that allowed them to be on other planets. The technology required to be able to be here and breathe the air, be impervious to any poisons from animals, plants or microbes. Nothing we currently know is beyond their time as they would still be advancing past that time and they already knew way more to create a being more powerful than they were. We might be able to clone a person and be on the brink of AI but AI is trained on the words of the entire human species since the beginning of recorded time so its training is using the work of humans and not by doing any of that work for itself. Again, we are more powerful than our artificial element that is only smarter because it is a compilation of all of humanity's recorded intelligence mixed into one electronic signal supported by buildings of servers to hold all that human knowledge. There is much about humanity that has never been recorded so AI would not have that to train from and add to its stolen compilation of work from others that never got paid for use of that work. Also telling viewers your synopsis of information you gathered from them yet are about to tell them undermines the intelligence of your viewers. They are who gave you the information you have repackaged and who think for themselves all the time without you breaking down what they were to glean from their experiences they lived that you are simply gathering to attempt to make a point that is not even valid.

I had a similar experience recently and is because of it that I've been researching and for some reason all of a sudden these content started to pop up in my feed. I've also watched Billy Carson, he has done a lot of work on the emerald tablets and other ancient writtings. In short, I've been always curious since I was a boy way back then, I've always questioned everything and look for answers that make sense at least to me. I had an experience a couple of months ago in which without going into all the details, I was able to peak behind the vail and I saw these people who lived like gods and looked like gods, but somehow I knew and had a feeling they are not the creators of all. They live in castles made of gold (guess that's where our gold is) they wore diamonds everewhere and white clothes... they where glowed like a 3d IMAX movie. They were tall, 8-12 feet. I had a feeling that these beings are the ones running this world even today and I had a feeling that humanity under these rulers is doomed. Basically I had the feeling that now more than ever is more important for each one of us to depend on ourselves and find our connection to the true God, the creator of all things because these gods of ancient cultures are still there and they don't have our best interest in mind.
