The first thing to change the society is to change the mentality of people. All are human beings and has various roles to play but why certain people are given more importance than the another one. We may say men play a dominant role but it's because of girls too to accept that and move on. Blaming the men alone is not right. Women should question and play their part. It's not getting the power or position it's a common thing to share and taking part. Treat everyone equally and spread happiness.
