Im doing 75 hard and I'm on week 2. I'm up at 730, go on my walk and then get ready for work, then i head to the gym, all eating my prepped meals and snacks. It's not easy , but i need to learn patience and realize that this is for the better life, not just to lose 40 lbs but also my overall well-being.
