Doubt- suppose i had norway pilot and the subscription has expired. I don't need it anymore so i want to delete it because it's red, and my enp reader tools says out of date under load enps. How to fix this?

In your first attempt in video while u tried to upload 3 enp, that time in browse option u have only selected desktop(not Publications like send attempt with enp5)..it will works if i click n browse publications folder

1 st always try with Publications folder if not then try with Pen drive option

Hi sir i have successfully downloaded the 3 pdf NE of eNP234a, eNP247 (1&2) with your procedure but still in my enp reader it appears red and no valid permit held.

NO VALID PERMIT HELD- this means for the above mentioned publication you must have there key or license or permit..

Hello, I have some problem. I ordered permit for e-no 19 and 20. When I try install this permit no any changes. E-np 19 - licence expired, e-np 20 do not have. Tell me pls how I can check which permit I received??
