User charts/user map these are basically an overlay which we as user make on the chart for markings For example you want to mark on ecdis call master point/ Keep clear/ Give 1 hr notice to Er/ call Vts / Navigationa markings on charts etc how will mark such things on charts?? So for this we have to make additional layer in which will do these marking
