Enroll An Android Device To WSO2 IoT Server

Hi. Due to unknown issue i cant recieve a police agreement. I have actually start iot server. I can ping server from the android device and nessesary ports are opened as well. After step with entering login+pass, i see "Retrieving policy agreement , pls wait..". Of course i tried to wait for few minutes but nothing new happens. If i enter wrong ip or pass , for example - i recieve standart error message in seconds.

Hi, Can anyone tell me how to un-root the virtual android device ? Because when opening the wso2 agent my virtual device popup a msg "Your not allow to enroll because your device is rooted"
