I've had benefits since April 1st 2022 and my HR says "just go on the employee navigator site and find what I need, but I have not been able to registered and it won't let me get past my name and date of birth and 4 digits of SS#. I cannot sign on either. I need to utilize my benefits and this is getting fustrating very fast.
