Ensaladang Ampalaya(Bitter Gourd Salad)
Ingredients:
1 pc big ampalaya(bittergourd), chopped thinly
2 pcs tomatoes, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 pcs red chillies, chopped
10 to 15 pcsof calamansi, juice extracted
2 tbsp sugar
1 to 2 tsp iodized salt
Ground Pepper

Just follow it, pareho kalabasan ng gawa natin. Yung kalamansi ang mahtanggal sa mapait na lasa.

It's so much better to eat it right away so the veggies are still crisp. Don't mix everything yet if you are not going to eat it right away. Store in the fridge.
