One (objectively two) things are still missing in Enscape and i wish they add someday for lights option, is an actual "mesh light". The same option we can find in almost render engine nowadays. It could be really improve realistic render, especially when you use "neon light". Only a texture "self illuminated" is not enough in lot of case. You have to find a solution to workaround with artificial light but sometimes it's not enough realistic. Same thing for "Gobo" light. It could be so nice to simulate raybeam through foliage without using actual tree to "cheat" the render. Both of these options would be so nice ! I hope it will be add in the futur.

yeah i am having troubles balancing artificial light with natural light :/ and sometimes my lights have funky shape for example: my rectangular emits circular lights lol!

@@Hamsterdamned personnaly i've stopped using Enscape and now i mainly use D5 Render. It works great and fast for even better result. No more bugs or crashes when i use a lot of lights in a scene (it happen almost everytime with Enscape when you working with a large scale project). And finally, D5 Render have lot of updates, to improve the software and New features very handy. (Powerful AI for generative lawn / vegetation or matching lightning from an other image). You should give a try.

Naa vray can read enscape materials but enscape can't read vray material If it was possible it would have been soo good 😔
