I think an important thing to point out is that unlike most survival games, this is NOT a game where all players (up to 16) can simply go off and create their own base. You are greatly limited by how many Flame Alters you have available. So it's a TRUE co-op game, where the intent is to play together always, and always share a base.

I play this with my significant other. Definitely a good bonding experience especially if you are just getting into something more challenging

Does the chest loot unique in every player and everyone gets the loot? Or when one opens everyone waits for the reset

Unique and only 1 person gets the loot from the chest so gotta take turns and trade items

No difference other than the obvious of one being able to be joined by Randoms and the private needing a password. It's a simple click to start. Nothing complicated
