@@lugo4905 Do you use the gotex for the eps? Or still floppy disc's. I got one myself haven't messed with it since the floppy drive is not loading my is disk

@@blocadebeats yes, I got my gotek floppy emulator from samplerzone.com. It comes with hardware and all of the os and original instrument samples. It was less than $100 and well worth every penny

@@lugo4905 Thank you bro I been wanting to ask someone doing what I do and your vids sure do help. Is there a way to take sounds off the old floppies and get it on the gotek?

@@blocadebeats not really. You’d have to have an old pc with an actual floppy drive, then you’d have to download omniflop, then Inatal life a proprietary driver for it, then save it as an image file, then copy that file to your thumb drive. A really long winded process.

This is how we chill from 93 til…nice work. I use this same workflow chop in koala and run it through my ASR-10.

You are using the phone as what in this? Curious as I’m getting an EPS16+ controlling what’s inside the EPS? Like a screen to see the waveform of sample or what? Thanks for the help as it looks useful

I’m just using the phone as a sample source. It does nothing but play audio into the eps

This was a great tutorial! Thank you so much! Definitely going to have to get down to business with my EPS now! I found the info on how to set up a Gotek for one of these. Will any Gotek 1.44 work or is there only certain models that will work? I've been struggling to find an answer to that question. Thanks again!

Hey man I just got a eps classic and I'm trying to test it out just sampling from my phone with an aux cord, I can hear the sound coming through but when I try and sample I get nothing on the keys but a little static, if you could help me out that would be awesome I haven't had a chance to get the right cables to sample from a turntable yet

When I hit sample the first screen with the star that sets the threshold has lines all the way across it like it's maxed out already, I can show you a picture I hope I don't have to return it I was really psyched to have one

@@francisard1488 there’s definitely an issue with your sampler. I would open up the top panel and reseat the wires to and from the low voltage power supply - maybe spray som wd40 on the connector jacks
