If money were not the issue, would you have chosen the LTV over the Quest? And why or why not?

Only real difference to consider aside of cost, was the space inside, QWEST has a full slide and opens up to lots of open space. LTV is like a class B but unfortunately you still feel like your driving a class C. Not having a slide is nice for quick flying J night stops but for actual camping spending time, the qwest is better. LTV is a little better quality (same chassis) with electronics. Ultimately we like hanging out inside so Qwest won😀

nice video, I have a deposit on a 2023 qwest , would you buy a qwest again ?

For a class c max room space sprinter, yes . I’m actually in an Ekko now and love the simplicity to come and go from camping etc. 👍

Wait, leveling was included but not spark ignition on the stove or digital monitors? Is the water tank, inverters, and wires always exposed when you’re driving or is there a cover, I have a dog and don’t want him getting in there.

sorry for delay! yes, Leveling included. I know, no spark ignition, but not been a problem. NO the wires are all sealed up in a cabinet under the bed. When I upgraded the inverter, little larger, I did add a couple new vents to keep air in there circulating. But no worries on pets, all sealed up. Thanks again for viewing, be sure to subscribe, I have more coming out on the outside upgrades and the mercedes cab area as well!

We now have our Qwest 24R and are adding tweaks like you are doing. Do you have any pictures of attaching the sewer hose carrier? I've looked at our undercarriage and am not sure where to attach one. My dealer, La Mesa RV Tucson, didn't have any in stock when I asked to have one put on and other dealer didn't have any either so I'm looking to doing it myself.

What unit is getting a jack replaced right now so I can’t take a picture but I’d be glad to when I get it back end of next week, but basically are used metal straps and secured it, I did drill I think 2 holes But I try to minimize drilling any new holes if I can avoid it. I’ll make a note to send you a picture when I get the unit back.

@@rvtipsandbitsneverstoplear3895 Thanks! What I’m really looking for is where to attach the straps on the RV...assuming I can get them at Home Depot. I don’t see anything that appears like a frame; don’t really think I should drill into the frame. The waste lines seem to be attached with long straps connected to what looks like the wood floor. Did you secure the straps to the tube or just let the tension of the strap secure it?

If I remember I use the straps to actually support it to the black water PVC drain and then I screwed in the attachments at both ends with the brackets

On another note, errr tweak, I’m tall and trying to hook up water and flush hoses in the wet bay has to be done sitting on the ground hunched over...not good for back or trying to secure the hose connection. I bought 3-4 ft flexible metal hoses and put quick disconnects on each end. One end is “permanently” attached to each connection, fresh and flush lines allowing me to stuff the other ends through the hole in the wet bay and quick connecting to the supply hose or flush hose as needed. Has worked out great and no sore back. I’ll take pictures and get links to the hoses and quick disconnects if you’d like.
