I’ll always tell this story… It was 2009 and I, my cousin and a good friend of ours went to go see August Burns Red. Slims the name of the venue In San Francisco. Anyway.. it was a cracking night. The crowd was wild. August Burns Red was headlining that night for Constellations, which has just been released. We were a few drinks in, and Enter Shikari takes the stage. The crowd is waiting for the music to start, and the lead singer takes the stage and comes out, grabs the mic and says, “ what’s up California! Are you all ready for August Burns Red?!?!” And the crowd goes wild!! Then.. the singer says, “ we are Enter Shikari, are you ready to rock with us?!” To which a few people yelled out, “ get off the stage Fa**ot”!!
