Enter The Dragon is and always will be the film that other Martial Arts films are judge by. There will never be another Bruce Lee (Li Jun Fan,) there will never be another Enter the Dragon ( Even the suppose remake will have alot to live up to if it ever gets made) It such a shame that Bruce died when he did as if he was alive today the films he would have been made would have been out standing and would have created the super star he crave to become. Bruce inspires people that were not even born when he died he left such a mark on our would that his legacy will just live on though his work and teachings . I was 4 when he died and even though | neve met him of any of his family I feel part of his family and journey like so many others he will remain the King of Martial Arts films and the Master of philosophy even though he only made a hand full they still get talk about. Thank you for sharing this video.

@@ibanez9179 Exactly. The film industry from America and China didn't want to share the market on how their films were to be marketed. Bruce Lee and his team gave Chinese Kung-Fu theater that western style of Hollywood. America didn't want to brand things the Chinese way and the Chinese surely didn't want to brand things the way the west does. It's sad. Just as sad as Donnie Yen playing second fiddle to a weekend warrior like Keanu Reeves. But that's business I guess in the film industry and nothing has really changed.

Hard to believe when this came out on VHS it was cut to pieces and nunchuck scenes were all deleted. Took forever till rereleases had the footage. Was so annoying. Bruce Lee was such a legend. Every martial arts film since and even films Iike John Wick are all a direct result of Bruce Lee changing martial arts in cinema.

Believe what I write here: I saw this wonderful movie, Enter the Dragon, of my only martial arts hero, Bruce Lee in Eros Cinema in Bombay, 2 years after it was released in 1973. I was stunned to comprehend the speed of Bruce Lee. Four more times I saw this movie, ED, in Eros. In 6 years time, in whichever movie house ED was screened in Bombay, , I became a habitual viewer. I was a bachelor till then. Some close relatives of my would be bride with her parents were coming to visit me one day. But, my ticket to see ED was booked beforehand on the date and time of their visit. My elder sister desisted me from going out to see ED saying that important relatives come to see me on my marriage proposal. But, I went out to see the movie in Prabhat Theatre, Thane, Bombay. At 70 years old now, I saw N number of times ED. In Singapore in 1993, a Bruce Lee movie celebration was held screening in almost all movie houses all his immortal classics. Knowing that I am a die-hard fan of Bruce Lee, my friend Chan Ah Chai presented me with all the videos of Bruce Lee from the Golden Harvest and WB production houses. Just today, in Netfliks, I finished seeing the 50th (last) episode of the biopic of Bruce Lee. I was in tears. As I type this post, I feel that someone living in me till date is dead today leaving me shell shocked and in tears filled in my eyes. C. Sachidananda Narayanan, Palayamkottai, Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu.

If Bruce lee is still alive today, he could be involved in more movies where he could go toe to toe with the men who have left an indelible mark in the field of martial arts and also, the individuals who have followed in his footsteps like Jet Li and Donnie yen as well as Jackie Chan... if ever he is still around today, all of them will have a very physical and intense showdown where all types of furniture and stuff will be broken beyond repair...

The reason i went to see Enter The Dragon was Bruce Lee, he made the film work he had good support from from his co stars. The fights look real and the house of mirrors is amazing, long live the Dragon. 45 years later and people continue to talk about him, not bad for a Asian American who made the idiots in hollywood take notice and gave him the opportunity to prove no matter your race or color you can make it if you work hard for it.

Bruce wanted to be involved in the fight choreography at all levels. This was his Magnum Opus. The cast and the crew behind the scenes pulled off what is still considered the absolute best martial arts movie to date. It was no easy task by any means because Bruce settled for nothing less than perfection. It had to be frustrating at times. The story line revolved around a James Bond-type character played by Bruce to the max. Such a great film.

@@DarkEchoesHorror Greetings! Yes, I still believe it is because it is still being talked about over 60 years later. The story and plot made sense and is palpable. It wasn't a rushed production like many martial arts films today which feature mostly violence and crashes and explosions, just to cater to the audiences craving for excitement and nothing more. It was pretty balanced as far as the flow of scenes is concerned. The fight scenes stood out as the most memorable to date. And it is still one of the highest grossing films of all time. Interested to know your thoughts as well.

@@DarkEchoesHorror Another one of my favorite films, but not as popular as ETD, happens to be Heroes Of The East aka Shaolin Challenges Ninja starring Gordon Liu. The story is unique and different compared to many Chinese Kung Fu films with amazing empty hand and weapons fight choreography. It keeps the fighting at a realistic level which I prefer. It is truly 💯 % a must watch film as well.

I wonder why this documentary did not take the time to include the Mr. Han, Star, Sek Khin. He was historically such a famous action star actor in Hong Kong with loads of kung-fu action in the 1950's movie series "Wong Fei Hung." (Master Wong was a famous kung fu instructor in Hong Kong who frequently had to fight against evil minded or jealous kung fu instructors and their students).

Bruce was made of steel. Such men born once in the century. Just because he didn't take part in karate and kickboxing tournaments doesn't mean, that he wasn't a real fighter and Master. If he entereed any martial arts competitions he should have been one of the champions. Tht's clear. With his light weight and low height he was absolutely powerful and dangerous and has this uknown for many fighters inner strength. Let's be objective and honest. That's why I'm not agree with Norris who said that Bruce could beat makiwara or punching bag. "Enter The Dragon" is a boiling point of his condition and the best movie about mmartial arts and still is. And every other actors was lucky that they appear there

Wouldnt it be cool to see a movie made about the making of ETD...like a proper non Hollywood movie showing bruce Lee going throught doubts as well as victories etc ...it could have the actors made up as old geezers looking back to when it was first made .
