Isn't there a suspicion overlay? I cant believe they don't tell you at all what items are suspicious. Could you have missed something?

its usually pretty easy to figure out... research labs, armories, command rooms are all suspicious because obviously... but barracks, mess halls, lounges are not... super advanced things like infirmary are also suspicious since they are treated by machines rather than people... its usually pretty obvious so I imagine thats why there isn't an overlay.

Just add a Column and you can sit bunk bed against it. ... you should also watch Minions Skills , send junk skill ones to do the schemes and keep Ones for specific skills, like Ones for Security monitor, Research and Guards etc.

Wow this takes me back - the first one was not moddable enough, and too glitchy(side effect of not approaching development as like modding), so I'm waiting to see how moddable it is, but I've heard some promising things! I wonder if "blower grid room that makes its own gravy" is viable in this one too…

Is there Mods for this game? Imagine a few Different Version of this game. Like 1) A Fantasy Evil OverLord. 2) Alien Hide Out. 3) A Sim Ant type game. Where your Building a Colony. 4) A Necromancer/Vampire/Lich Run. 5) A Cult of some kind. 6) Playing as a Dragon. 7) Etc etc

You can make money via the casino as well and it can make agents and inspectors be destructed.

you dont make alot of money from the casino... a few $ here and there but its mostly used for keeping agents distracted.

normally making the entrance/exit to your helipad level 1 security is a bad thing because agents can come to your base thru a helicopter too... however for this base since the helipad is secret the agents will not be able to come thru the helipad here so its fine this time.

there actually is a way to tell if you have a mission in an area... if the top of the criminal network is flashing your not currently running a mission there... if it is just sorta glowing yellow but not flashing then a mission is already in progress there.

I Like your idea with the long hallway so, will the foreign agents get bored if they have to walk too far and eventually turn back? Can you just keep them running around till it's time for them to leave, or do they stay until they find something or you kill them? Good vid.

In the first game I used to put a lot of doors to nowhere near the entrance of the base and enemy agents would spend a lot of time trying to open the doors, only to see nothing, and eventually they would get bored and go away.

Yeah, in the first game agents would *always* seek to open locked doors, so a corridor lined with locked doors, that led to more locked doors guaranteed that no agents would make it into your base. Traps were actually *counter-productive* --the traps are suspicious themselves, the agents can disable them, and even if you defeat an agent your heat level goes up. All signs indicate that this is "Evil Genius HiDef" (a remake with upgraded graphics / UI but identical gameplay) so I assume that this still works.

if any of their stats reach 0 they will turn around and leave.. this happens slowly over time... but can be sped up by valets in the casino so they leave the base without ever actually entering it (making the cover operation actually useful this time) basically there are 2 options for casino items... reducing agents stats.... or scamming tourists of their money for small amounts of passive income... when set to lower stats of agents and an agent is targeted for distraction the valets will go over to the agent and start lowering their stats until they leave... the agents might also just get distracted by the casino without telling your minions to distract them but its less guaranteed.

You get this annoying "Not enough gold" message because you literally build stuff that costs more than you have literally every time you build something in this video :D Especially at the beginning of this game you should try to build only what's necessary in this game. You can always upgrade your rooms later. You wasted a lot of money and power with your lab construction for example :-)
