I get a "letter of acceptance" for vocational training via email and even confirmed it in the "Riveria wilma system". But I'm in a dilemma now whether to attach Riveria email saved in pdf or Riveria educational institute send me separate pdf format. So I can upload in enterfinland site as "certificate of acceptance". In addition to that it's no tuition fee course. So, do we need any additional document mentioning that it's a tution free. Please help me out as I e-mail them but they didn't reply for the same.

Yes these two are separate fee. One is visa fee and one is vfs fee.

You can put multiple pdf, if it is not an option you can merge multiple pdf into single and then upload.

Also, you have to do things in parallel. Take vfs appointment, then Take Abu Dhabi visa within your days of appointment, complete entefinland profile before appearing in embassy.
