The Las Vegas market has had an upward trajectory since the 07 crash. It went up very fast in 2020-2021 as did most markets. Appreciate your support of our channel

actually, I love it. Obviously the owners had a home business. so, something will have to be done with the 3 front rooms.. possibly make them into two .. love that reclaimed wood door. I personally don't like 20 foot high ceilings.. so the 12 ft in the living dining is perfect ... 2.3 seems a little much considering other comps in the vegas area but I would imagine the back yard accounts for most of that price .. perfect house for my taste except the decor needs to be more modern.
