When I looked at the house on Zillow I was like NOPE not spending that much ... I like the house now that you did the walk through...my mom would have a room far from mine...and it has its own bathroom that is not shared... the home is one story which made me look at it before... and the office is plenty big enough to make a 4th bedroom if even needed... I like the home as is but I do prefer the bedrooms all be far from the master area... I can see it as a forever home ... as in I stay in it for life... just got to get the right price... at max 3.3Ms is what I would be willing to spend on a house...but at that price things got to be my full wants... this hit most of it but just not quiet there ... I need it to be out of an HOA for one... and it need to have a larger lot size... and RV parking... I think they did price it right I just know I won't use any of the amenities and an HOA is for someone just not me... LOL

The home is incredible. Needs a second dishwasher and with that amount of detail he should of had that wine storage room as refrigerated space. The front door is a bit off with the big window next to it. The front door is so large it could of been the only frosted glass at the entrance and remove that second window. The only other wish would be a 4th bedroom. I love the natural Granite stone and wood tones. The backyard is perfect for entertaining as well and all those sliders Wow!

Spanish Trail is the most under valued location in Vegas. Property values there will double once the new Costco and Bend mall open.

Love this house, i would change the kitchen lower cabinets to a grayish color not a fan of the black and blonde look....Also beeing its a golf community probably cant put some kind of fence or wall with gates to add a lil more privacy from the street
