My cat, at first, would not respond to the video. However he was engrossed immediately when the bird showed on the screen. You could see his eyes travel across the iPad screen and after a couple of minutes he was patting at the screen. it was fun to watch him interact with the video as well as the cute critters. my dog rarely cuddles up to me, tonight on the sofa while watching my regular subscriptions he laid his head on my lap in a way the made it seem he was watching videos with me. so i found this video and played it and he would look to the sides when a squirrel or bird went off the screen then noticed the other squirrel on the screen again. rare little bonding moment for us. also he fell asleep on ny lap and i can't move lol

My 5 year old male pug has discovered these videos and just loves them. He often watches squirrels and birds out our back window too. He begins to bark at the screen and goes quite wild! Pugs are pretty mellow but squirrels just seem to bring out the guard dog in him.

So, my little Lucy kitty is now an official "couch potato," thank you very much. Or, a "desk potato" since she is glued to my computer monitor all of the time, whether or not I am watching your videos. She "gets" this screen thing and loves it. And, darn if I don't find your videos mesmerizing too. How often do we get this opportunity to see wildlife up close and personal, and so gentle? Lucy has run around the monitor many times trying to look for the squirrels and birds, and she now also loves watching my cursor as I work. She is an indoor kitty (in AZ where there are coyotes, hawks, eagles, bobcats...any number of critters who would love to invite her to be their midnight snack). I don't what you are doing, but these videos are more mesmerizing to Lucy than the window to the outdoors here where we have any number of birds passing by. She purrs the whole time as she watches. Thank you. This is good stuff for indoor kitties.

Thank you for these really professional steady HD videos. One of my kitties is ill from cancer and seems to enjoy watching your videos of the squirrels for long periods while resting on her bed. I set timer for 10 minutes and replay for her, iPad has no loop option. IF you ever make a longer squirrel/birds camera stationary on the ground, that'd be even better. Either way, I can appreciate a video she actually shows interest in.
