One thing I'm very tired of on this show and others is normalizing women assaulting men. I am glad that he remained calm. We've seen women hit men, throw drinks on them etc. If Usman responded in kind he's probably cancelled. This shouldn't be acceptable behavior, if he did something like that the camera men would probably jump him. Also "safe flight" comes after this woman threw a drink on him. I think they're both wrong in this relationship overall. But right there when she's resorted to being physical with you during an argument "safe flight" is exactly what she deserves to hear.

I've seen shows before where men assaulted women and it wasn't shown and simply mentioned. Actions were taken to remove the men from these shows in some cases. If a woman says she doesn’t want to sleep with you even if you have had sex before it should be respected Just because they said yes one time it doesn’t mean they are obligated to sleep with you again even when in a relationship It’s not always a red flag (I think the rest of their relationship is the big red flag) Sexuality and sex in general is a complicated issue and at times ppl have their own reasons for not being invested in sex (that don’t always have to do with the other person)and no one should feel like they need to sleep with someone, it should always be because they would like to You can say no any time, at any point of a relationship and it should be respected And if need be, talked about in a safe and productive way
