"Somewhere In Time" is one of my favorite period romance movies. Interesting to learn from this interview that Jane & Christopher fell in love during making of this movie, but then so sad when Jane learned they could not be together in real life. How heartbreaking, but at least they remained good friends until Christopher's passing. He is now waiting for Jane on the other side, just like Elise waited for Richard. Few years ago, I was honored to meet Jane Seymour in Roseville, CA at a designer furniture store where she was promoting her home design book. I received autographed copy and she was gracious to allow a photo with me which I will treasure forever. She is still so very lovely!

If she and Joe had just broken up, then had to film Dr. Quinn, I'd understand the drama behind filming the kissing/love scenes. But there was some time between the break up and the show getting picked up, AND she met and fell in love with James Keach in the meantime. Usually that makes filming love scenes with exes so much less awkward/drama filled. I don't get her tears - she was already in love with someone else. 🤷♀️
@esthermizell35072 жыл бұрын
@@jayneporter1640 I her tears were because, the Love scenes with her and Joe made her realize how much she really Loves Joe Lando and she was sad that she had to make a sudden decision with James Keach was a mistake, and her Joe's Chemistry was so so real! @Quaker 2019 you commenting on everyone who says she’s beautiful by saying she’s had plastic surgery 😂 i don’t care one bit obviously she didn’t get a lot and not enough that’s it’s totally obvious so at the end of the day I don’t care she’s still a beautifully aged woman….interesting and curious that your answering other people that thinks she’s beautiful as well…you have a grudge with her? Did she do something to you? Are you against plastic surgery? Comparing to other people in Hollywood who have destroyed there faces with procedures you have the need to let it be known that she has had something done to herself? Again doesn’t matter and I don’t care and everyone else that thinks she’s still beautiful really doesn’t care as well…have a good day but understand just because you say something or try to give information on things that a person could know (I know) doesn’t mean your changing there mind or point of view on the matter it actually makes you look bitter and seems like you have a issue about something 😂😂 god bless you salty dog

For some reason, I never watched when it aired originally, but I've been watching on Amazon and have become totally addicted! I love her, and all the characters, although I wonder where Dr. Quinn bought her eyeliner and lashes - I don't think Mr. Bray carried those things at his Mercantile. Watching them all walk through the mud, and seeing Dr. Quinn always operating - although she did complain about "the dim light and all the dust!" I wonder how in the world anyone really did survive an operation in those days! Besides all the dust, there were no surgical gloves or sterile operating rooms or surgical masks - how many did survive in reality, I wonder, and how?
