I personally prefer to have another season of the show but I have considered reading the comics due to the shows shitty ending. If anyone else picks it up they will have to spend a lot of money to rebuild sets and things which makes me think it won't get picked back up. I know for a fact they tore down the Spellmans house. Not sure if they kept the sets that represented the inside. Hopefully they did

The trinket man was H.P Lovecraft or a representation of him, he is the creator of the stories and creatures from which they were inspired to create the "Eldritch Terror" and some of this season's plot twists. In the final episode it begins with the phrase "meanwhile" and Miss Wardwell reading "The Gospel of Reverend Lovecratf", she is reading the events that happened in Greendale to Sabrina and her friends, but the scene begins with "meanwhile" how can Is it that she is reading something that has not happened or is happening while she is reading? We believe that Reverend Lovecraft is Faustus but it cannot be him if he is defeated, hacked to pieces and scattered across the ends of the earth. So if the Trinket man is Lovecraft, he wrote the gospel and gave it to Miss Wardwall and they are actually professed, Lovecraft is an "enlightened" or man chosen by God to execute his plan, he has the artifacts because God gave them to him to carry out his plan. The other possibility is that the Trinket man is God himself, intervening himself and providing the elements so that his secret plan is fulfilled. Sabrina is not in heaven or in the abyss. When Nick reaches the afterlife Sabrina wonders how he is there and says "This realm is only for ...". That is enough to understand that it is not heaven, it is not hell and it is not the abyss since the abyss is not a realm. Actually Sabrina and Nick are in the kingdom for those who sacrifice themselves for the greater good, Sabrina sacrifices himself to save the miners and their friends and he sacrifices himself for the love of Sabrina and for her not to be alone, it is not a suicide for that and it is also why he does not end up in purgatory. Sabrina ceases to be immortal when she separates into 2 Sabrinas, you yourself have said it is half immortal, the immortal Sabrina is killed by the abyss, absolute nothingness and the other who is not immortal dies bled. She is not rescued or brought back because we have already seen that bringing a dead person from where he is is not good, they do not return well, at least not people.

Lucifer was defeated by Lilith who took away his powers wounding him with the spear with which they stabbed the Nazarene and drinking his celestial blood Lilith regained her powers, Caliban and Asmodeus were swallowed by the piece of abyss in Sabrina. If you're wondering how they were able to rescue the miners without running into Caliban and the demon, um well, I don't know, that's too convenient.

I honestly thought that Aunt Zelda would shake that box that Marie gave her to bring her back and ask to bring Sabrina back, Nick returned the body of Sabrina Spellman from the universe. When Lillith went to the Returned he said to her she has to have a body of the deceased but she didnt. They had the body of Sabrina so why not use it as a vesel though.

💯 agreed. there were times I felt Sabrina was exhausting as a character bc of her selfishness so I'm sooooooo glad they did a full arc and brought the character around. it was dark especially with 2020-which I know they wrote this before the pandemic; the themes of loneliness and feeling displaced hit hard but there was redemption, forgiveness (Dorcas) and of course altruism & sacrifice.

I do just want to point out that Nick ended his own life intentionally to be with sabrina. That's a dangerous message to send to the main intended audience of a show like this. Romanticising that sort of act is a terrible, terrible way to end the series because it felt unearned and also...promoting ending your life because your teenage lover unexpectedly passed away is a bad thing to put in the back of teens/young adults' minds. Nick dying to be with Sabrina forever is neither romantic, nor noble, nor really even respectable.

@KompleX Yes! First it was canceled by Fox on the third season then 8 million people made #SaveLucifer trending on Twitter and Netflix picked up the show. Then Netflix said that the show would be ending at season 5 and that no amount of petitioning would change that. The petition to give Lucifer a season 6 reached 100k signatures and Netflix decided to renew Lucifer for a sixth season. It only took 100k signatures to Save Lucifer for a season 6 and we have 275k signatures now so there is a very good chance the show will be saved!

Still couldn't get over that ending with sabrina and nick 😭😭😭 At least they managed to unite and be together in death and the after life. Like Nick had my heart. In season 3 they really messed with his character, but how he decided he would rather give his life so that he could be with sabrina in the after life for all eternity was so heart-warming. Seriously I feel netflix did this show dirty. They did not allow the show to flesh out sabrina's growth as a witch and time in this new world, whereas they keep giving so many seasons to riverdale for no reason. I really felt like chilling adventures of sabrina did not show sabrina's life as a witch properly because there so many adventures in her new school they could have shown.

(I'm talking about the start of your comment) but the show tries to make us understand that, whatever what happens to both Sabrina and Harvey, They'll always finish together, like they're made for each other and then ...BOOM she forgave Nick in a second and (spoiler) they end the last episode together like 'THE unique forever couple/duo'...But sorry for saying this, I'm sure this relationship was so unhealthy for both of them (angry against her, and him, then forgiven, then break up and re-forgiven and... whaow calm down, lunatic characters). I mean, Sabrina tried to forget Harvey and tried to see him only as a friend but she just CAN'T because she knows (and she told that) he's the only one and she'll never live something alike with another one. She even tried to go out with others (Nick,Carl,...) AND TRIED TO ERASE HER FEELINGS FOR HIM WITH THE CANDLES' THING/SPELL and it didn't work tho... So WHY she ends up with Nick ?! Is she lying to herself or ? I'm not gonna critic Nick's feelings because he certainly has feelings for her (he proved it many times like at the end...I think...) but SHE's not reeeally in perfect love with him I'm sure... My analysis :)

I think I read somewhere that the power of the graveyard came from Lucifer. So when he took away the coven's powers, the graveyard also didn't work the same way anymore and Sabrina couldn't be brought back in that way.

The reason there are so many loose ends is because the finale of part 4 was filmed in February, and the show was canceled in July, so when they filmed the finale of part 4, the cast and crew didn’t think that the end of part 4 would be the end of the show altogether.

Honestly the series has so many options and ways that they could have carried on till they basically did all of the comics. The Spellman graveyard where Hilda resurrected from a bunch of times when Zelda killed her, Robin the hobgoblin could have saved everyone and closed the void in lickety-split no time, Zelda could have shaken the dice from Marie to call her and ask for Sabrina back, Lillith could have gave Sabrina the mark of cain! Should I go on cause no matter what they always found a way around things. But Netflix must think us viewers are stupid and wouldn’t put two and two together! CAOS NEEDS A SEASON 5 & SO ON!!!!

Very disappointed in the finale, and for good reason. So many people are upset at the finale, the majority I’d say. First off it’s not sending a good message for nick to kill himself just to be with Sabrina. Very dangerous thing to show. Secondly how are they just going to kill off Sabrina Morningstar & Saberhagen immediately at the beginning of the finale? They were fine when they ran into the mirror! Only to immediately die when they emerge? Ridiculous. The soil not only should have resurrected her but also her power as a celestial as shown in season 2. Not to mention all of the build up with Harvey. They had all of these small hints throughout the show that Harvey still loved her only to...not pay off at all? What happened to Lucifer? What happened to the coven? There’s so much left unanswered and it’s ridiculous. I understand we’re getting a Comic for season 5 but this is not a proper send off. HBO please buy the rights to this show and do it right.
