I thought the Alayah bashing was too harsh. So what if she acts a little ''extra'' in front of the cameras? People with background in pageants can be like that, they get used to having to turn it ''on'' and going extra and getting into that performance role when it's time to shine. At the end of the day, we didn't see her do anything so awful or mean to deserve this much bashing and not being given a second chance, other than being a little more obnoxious in front of the cameras apparently…. Big deal!!!! I feel they took some of her words out of context too. She is obviously very attractive, even without makeup she's gorgeous. I hope this wasn't just fueled on petty jealousy cos that's just sad. Love you Lauren and agreed with all your comments! Girl, ditto!! I always endure the first few episodes with all the cat-fighting and drama and then enjoy the later episodes where the feelings are real. Incidentally the first few seasons of the Bachelor/ette in Australia were soooo good because they focused on the love stories. And half of them are still together. Now they've sadly gone the drama route, as well. But if you ever get a VPN and want to binge them, the good seasons (where they're still together) are: 1 (Tim Robbins), 3 (Sam Wood), 5 (Matty Johnson), and the Bachelorette one is: 1- Georgia Love (that was my favorite season).

OMG...her voice drives me a little batty when I hear her talk, then when she went and talked to Peter after maybe I don't know which time, she thought she had him all roped in and came back into the group all smug and bragging about how tight he and her are. She is going to be Mrs. Peter Weber. (Maybe) I still say he's got Maddie on his mind and he's testing all the other women to see if they can line up to her. Victoria P. & Victoria F don't come off as strong women to me. I believe the producers let go of some women that were very beautiful and we don't know any of their histories and we're not going to know any of their histories because they're gone. All because they did not seem catty enough, but they sure would have been women enough for Peter.

Peter has fed into all of the contestants' worst instincts and continues to (seemingly unwittingly) stoke the drama in every situation. HA monopolizes his time - even after securing 1st impression rose - and he says he loved it. Kelley cheated to win time with him and is rewarded. He tells Kelley she probably has a target on her then draws even more attn to her in front of the other women. Women throw tantrums and he goes out of his way to comfort them. And now - Sydney makes an accusation and he goes full throttle into following up and drags more women into the fray. In this case, Peter's kindness may truly be his weakness.

The reality is, even if the show DOES put older, more mature women on the show (which they have), they don’t get far. Sex sells and the young dumb girls are the hotter ones that the Bachelors want to make out with more (among other things). So I would expect this to become worse and more annoying as the show goes on.

I don’t think she’s super self-aware about how she acts on and off camera or how she does too much, but that’s something that can be worked on. He talked to her multiple times, and the way she reacted to some things didn’t help her case at all.

Perhaps she isn’t *always* aware of it but she is certainly trying to manipulate the situation. Considering the fact that Peter had no fewer than 5 women say the same thing about Alayah, it’s probably fair to say it’s not just a witch hunt.

I really liked Peter on Hannah's season, and I was happy when he became the bachelor. BUT from what I've seen so far and in previews I do not like him as a potential life partner for anyone. He threw Sidney under the bus, believed what she and everyone else said without really questioning it even though it could just be the other girls ganging up on Alayah to get her out, sent Alayah home based on accusations, he tells every girl he talks to that he feels a real connection and sees a future and blah blah blah, and apparently he will be sleeping with multiple women in the house at the same time? icky.

Why is no one else commenting on the fact that Victoria P confidently says multiple times in this episode that she is “falling in love” with Peter after ONE date?? I’m not counting her time with him during the group date and cocktail hours. Seems a little ridiculous IMO and I know the franchise works on a different timeline, but that would be considered too fast for anyone! Makes me question if she would be a good bachelorette. She has yet to experience a loving fulfilling relationship so she seems quick to latch on to the first sign of sincerity.

Victoria P has just had a very strong emotional reaction to Peter doing sweet things that anyone else would just expect to have done for them (bringing them water if they're feeling sick, getting flowers, listening to them, etc). Yeah Sydney was straight up jealous of Alayah and lashed out to bring Alayah down a few notches. Sent chills down my spine when Sydney started asking Alayah those questions. Girl was trying to trap her. It seemed like Alayah is someone who would struggle with putting on a good face or fake it till ya make it (she admitted it herself). But for Sydney to take it to the next level and say that Alayah was trying to deceive Peter was a straight attack from an insecure woman to an oblivious woman. And then Sydney could claim the moral high ground. It was low, and it made me as sick as I was when Luke P bold-faced lied to Hannah B about Garrett (I think it was him). Yuck.

Kelsey saying that Alayah is fake cracked me up, at least she’s not unhinged about some champagne. Also, I’m pretty sure Alayah was the girl doing Kelsey’s makeup and comforting her in the last episode, seems pretty convenient that she’d just suddenly not like her. I’m definitely not on Sydney’s side, she even said it herself, this was about Alayah “getting what’s coming to her” so it seemed more malicious rather than being out of any concern for Peter. She had just lost the pillow fight and was soo condescending with the way she was questioning Alayah. Plus, isn’t Sydney a pageant girl too? Way to be a hypocrite.

Lizard Sorry- Alayah admitted she talked in a fake voice and knew how to “pretend” to be in any situation to make sure she is seen in a positive light. Totally fake and who cares if she comes back for an ep. She gets ousted again. And when Peter sees this back he’ll see he made the right choice.

This season seems really trashy. The producers really need to quit with all this s&#@* and start focusing on the possible romances for Peter. If things don't change pretty soon, I am gonna kiss this show goodbye, at least for this season. And maybe I am bored because I really feel that Hannah B. and Peter belong together and that there is no way Peter could choose anyone since there is a lot of unresolved stuff between them that needs to be worked out.

I was right there with you up until I saw their conversation during the group date. Hannah Brown STILL doesn't know what she wants. Peter deserves better than that. If she had come to him and said I know I screwed up, but I'd like another chance and told him she was 100% in, I think he would have let her come on the show. I really do. But she didn't do that. She was still wishy-washy and confused and waffling. Nope. I honestly think she needs to spend some time on her own and really think about what she wants in a husband and out of a relationship/life.

I also think a lot of their conversation was edited. If Peter comes through this season without being engaged, I think he needs to reach out to Hannah and see where it goes. @@alicepahler7610 Oh I didn't know about the DWTS contract, but if she truly wanted him, she should have laid her cards on the table and fought for him. But she didn't. Which is fine. She was honest which was good, but her honesty just said she was confused and thought about him but didn't know what to do. I think the conversation gave Peter closure/clarity that she would never fight for him. I don't think she got closure, but I honestly think he did. In my opinion, of course. I wish Hannah had fought for him. I really liked them together, but I can't blame Peter for wanting to move on with someone that's ready to fight for him. Now with the editing who knows what we missed in that conversation. I'm basing my opinion on what I saw, but I know reality could be very different.

NOOOOOO!! For the first time in the history of Roses & Rosé, Lauren didn't say *everything* I was thinking. Most notably, she did NOT mention the weird older lady in the crowd at the pillow fight who slit the throat of a teddy bear. The show even added a knife slashing sound effect. It was so bizarre! A sadder pillow fact is that there definitely are birds plucked for feathers who are still alive. Feathers like many other things can be produced very small scale in a humane way. I have a flock of 14 ducks (not for meat, they just hang out and swim in the 350 gallon pool I clean for them once a week) and believe me with a twice yearly molt I could make plenty of feather projects with humanely gathered feathers. That isn’t the reality of industrial agriculture though. Mass production of feathers involves primarily feathers from animals already slaughtered for meat which is actually the most humane source. In some farms they pluck the birds during molting seasons as they raise them for meat. They can get 2 full feather growths if they pluck them and let them regrow while they’re being fattened up for meat. That is truly inhumane and horrible. I gather a handful of feathers each molt and clean them, mostly to give as a souvenir to children who come to our farm, but I couldn’t use feather pillows or coats after seeing how beautiful the life cycle of waterfowl is.

No, you are not alone. Well, I don't really feel strongly for either of those women but I loathe meddling like Sydney showed. She just doesn't like Alayah (or women who she perceives to be like her, as Sydney dubbed Alayah "one of those girls who always wins/gets their way" or something to that effect).
