I got to meet him at a Silk Sonic afterparty and he was just as sweet and humble as he is in this interview. Sat next to me at the bar for a good hour. We talked about everything except Bruno, I purposely wanted to enjoy a conversation with him without fan girling out. A night I'll never forget. Very nice guy.

Seen Bruno Mars 3 times this past year... first was silk sonic, then bruno in Feb 2023 and then just recently Aug 25. Each it's own experience with this last time I was really looking forward to watching Erik's solo. It's the energy of the drums that just hit me right to my core. I loved every show. Amazing really. So awesome for their success. ❤

When Eric said "Bobby Flay" he became my favorite person in drummer music ever. This interview was great because the interviewer as a drummer as well knew great questions to ask. Learned a lot about both of you so this was much appreciated as it serves as a look at the person we don't get to hear from often enough. I wanted to know how much input into the music he had and he kinda touched on it but not enough. I want to know where his input is heard in a song or songs that stands out strongest for him. Thanks again for this in depth conversation between musicians. My favorite drummer is/was 🕊️Prince🕊️

I learn so much about him. I also love simple cooking to. But once in a while I like to create some thing new to cook. I really think it is plus and a special quality of a men when he no how to cook. It makes us happy and curious What some things they can cook.I enjoy hearing about his cooking talent. Like I said I heard in this interview so much good QUALITY he has as a Family Men To his Family spending time with his Children's is so important. Now back to your Drumming Skills it is very Good. I like what I have heard of you beating the drum. I hope there with be some video Come out with you just you beating some beats on the drum. And when you said Jazz that also my favorite Jazz It is so relaxing to hear. Just went to I indoor Jazz concert this pass weekend. Enjoy it. And about the Dodgers we play you all On August 31 September 1,2 3 I am a ATLANTA BRAVES FAN I am looking forward to seeing this game with the Dodgers.
