Very important talk, I'd say even more during the QA at the end. Taking responsibility for ourselves and what we impact on is surely the first step for singing our songs...

Wonderful speech!! I really appreciate her for her onesty, her clarity, and full and deep respect to indigenous culture and their medicine. She has a very rare integrity, so hard to find especially in these time. What is remarkeble in her is her energy, ...she has nothing to sell, just she offer her love for Nature and Life!!!

At 31:51 she goes into 'how do we change our mind?'. One thing I have learned from the Nature Connection movement is that we actually change our mind through two things: Mindfocus and Sensory Awareness. Mindfocus is obvious, if your mind is focused on something you start to see it in more detail, which allows your mind to open up and change. If your focus is scattered, or on the issue you are opposing, nothing ever really changes. Sensory Awareness simply means that we also need to be grounded in the body for change to occur. So smells, touch, hearing, etc, all need to be activated. First of all to feel safe. But secondly to reduce the emphasis of the 'egoic mind', as the egoic mind is really just a very elaborate mechanism to keep us safe. This reduced mind chatter then allows for a timeless flow-state to open up and we connect much more deeply with what we were focusing on.

Wow this was fantastic, but I alway knew it would be when I clicked on it. We are in the right place at the right time if we can just expand our hearts and minds enough to see it. Certainly our mother is calling upon our awakening! I also like her reference to death phobia, as I've recently been following the work of Steven jenkinson.... really good stuff to be learning in times like these!

Every time she says "personal experience" it becomes more and more of a cosmic joke. I love seeing how she has hard time not cracking up in laughter towards the end. The wisdom and seeing shine through

Life “IS” regardless the form. Mother Earth is that which gives rise to the form Life uses to experience a physical reality. Remember the opposite of death is not Life it’s birth. Birth and death of the form Life is eternal. You are eternal. Birth and death is nothing more than transformation of the form.

Oh wow, that is such an accurate statement! I also like that she has real scientific credentials, whereas Terence was an epic bard and a storyteller but couldn't really hold himself up in the field of science.
